  • Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our items, please ensure confidence in your size selection before placing an order. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate exchanges for incorrect sizing once your order has been placed.

    We acknowledge the uniqueness of every body and are pleased to provide custom sizing for an extra fee, depending on fabric availability, if the standard sizes do not fit you perfectly.

  • Each product is MADE TO ORDER exclusively for you in Florida. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production.

    If you need your order sooner than expected, please contact us at hello@piatori.com to inquire about expedited options. Kindly note that a rush fee may apply.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an error on our part, please contact us directly so we can promptly assist you.

    In the rare event that an exchange or return is authorized, the merchandise must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and labels attached. Please ensure that the clothing is returned in its original packaging. You have 3 business days after arrival of merchandise to initiate an inquiry regarding an exchange or return.

    Please note that all discounted items, including those purchased during sales or with promo codes, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, pre-orders or custom orders are also final sale.

    At this time, we do not offer return labels, but we will cover the re-delivery charges for exchanges using the same shipping method as the original order. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping and packaging.

    If an acceptable return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the cost of the item and any applicable taxes. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

    Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be produced before shipment is sent off.

    We primarily use first class USPS or UPS ground for shipping to provide cost-effective rates and efficient packaging.

    At checkout, expedited delivery options are available. Please note that this does not expedite production time. If you require your order sooner than expected, please contact us at hello@piatori.com

    Orders are dispatched from Florida.

    PIATORI cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please refer to the confirmation email from the shipping carrier for assistance.

    PIATORI is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the shipping address provided by the customer.

    Shipping and billing addresses must match or be registered with the credit card company. Please make necessary arrangements with your credit card issuer.

    PIATORI is not accountable for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may be charged for redelivery.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Currently, international shipping is available to Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Switzerland, Japan, Spain, Vietnam, Australia, United Kingdom, and France.

    If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote so we can accommodate your request.

    Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be produced before shipment is sent off. If you require your order sooner than expected, please contact us at hello@piatori.com

    To minimize the risk of shipment loss and lengthy transit times, we currently offer UPS and FEDEX shipping options at the carrier’s rates during checkout. Please factor in the order processing time.

    Customs duties determined by FEDEX or UPS at the country’s point of entry, in addition to the customer’s order payment, may apply. The customer is responsible for all additional taxes and customs duties charges. Please consult your local customs office/website for further details.

    PIATORI is not liable for any additional customs duties or taxes applied by the country’s point of entry.

    Please note that customers may not return packages to the shipper or release packages on hold by UPS or FEDEX without paying customs duties charges.

    PIATORI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipment packages. For inquiries regarding such matters, please refer to the confirmation email from the shipping carrier.

    PIATORI is not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
